The little things

Here are some random pictures of my last few weeks. It really is the little things in life that make it wonderful!
Having lunch with this beautiful girl was one of the highlights of the last few weeks! I am so happy she moved back to Utah! I'm so grateful for good friends!
I won this gorgeous bouquet in an instagram giveaway! I just loved staring at it! Oh fresh flowers, if only I could afford to have you all the time!
Cuddling with my boy!
Dressing up to go to the temple in the freak April snow storm.
My new skirt is here and is on sale for only $20!! I think it is just so whimsical and cute!
More cuddles :)
One worn out pup.
We're practicing Charlie's selfie skills.
mmmmm my man!
and my little man (who I treat like my baby)
A springy Sunday outfit for church.

And the 100 videos I took of Charlie this week haha

A special weekend

This last weekend was one of those weekends that I'll never forget. We (all three of us) took the long road trip down to New Mexico for my little sisters baptism and I also got to send my little brother off to prom! It was a fantastic weekend!
It is always so wonderful to have us all together. Even little charlie spent most of time with all of us. It was so fun to finally introduce my family to charlie!
My little brother baptized my little sister and it was one of the most memorable moments of my life.
She is so sweet and loving!
Saturday morning we woke up and just enjoyed our time together.
We went on a long walk in downtown Santa Fe and it was SO enjoyable! I love that city and think it is so beautiful!

My little sister fell in love with that huge stick and my mom was so nice to carry it around for her.
That night I got to send my little bro off to his first prom! It was so much fun! I can't believe he's old enough to go to prom!
I love this picture because this is usually how we are haha including my cute mom taking the picture you can see in the mirror.
I came downstairs to find both of my boys napping (can you find charlie? I couldn't for awhile, that's why I took the picture. He blends right into the carpet)
This girl and I are bff's. I wish we could always be together!
She LOVED charlie! (who wouldn't?)
This is my favorite picture!! My two boys! Fast asleep after only watching 10 minutes of the movie.
Charlie's morning face haha his fur gets all smushed.
He was so good on the long drive! He slept at my feet most of the time. I love this sweet boy!

Easter Weekend and a little more

We hope you had a fantastic Easter! Ours was a wonderful weekend! My favorite part was listening to  LDS general conference. I am so grateful for the reminders and lessons that I learn!
This was one of my favorite quotes from conference (beautifully designed by alexa)
The Monday before Easter I ran into target and came out completely prepared for spring. That place is heaven!
On Tuesday I presented this poster on my Thesis research at a Conference. It is nice to feel like it is finally coming along!
I am so in love with this little furball! I can't stop taking pictures of him!
Friday night we went out to dinner with friends to tepanyaki. Scott had never been! Can you believe that? It was delicious and so much fun!
This little boy did a lot of driving with us in the car over the weekend and was a champ! He loves the sticking his head out the window or sticking his face in front of the air conditioner haha
I was in charge of dessert for Easter dinner and I created these mini "carrots". They were delicious and I'm so grateful to pinterest for all of my ideas! Let me know if any of you would be interested in how I made them!
Easter morning we exchanged Easter baskets. It was one of my favorite parts of the day! We got Charlie a little basket of his own!
He loved it!
Thank you Walmart for cute, cheap chew toys!
Also, these flowers were at Scott's grandparents and I was obsessed! They are called the bleeding heart. I had never seen these before and they are gorgeous!
